Attorney Lucas R. Baker focuses his practice on criminal defense in Wisconsin State Courts. When you choose to work with him, you can rest-assured your case will be a top priority. Attorney Baker only takes on select cases, ensuring he can give you the time and attention you deserve.
Prior to founding his own firm, Attorney Baker was an attorney in the litigation department of one of Wisconsin's largest and most prestigious law firms. Following his passion for justice, he then joined the Trial Division of the Public Defender's Office where he gained valuable experience in criminal defense.
Attorney Baker graduated with cum laude academic honors from Marquette University Law School. During law school he clerked at the Governor's Office of Legal Counsel and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law. He was named to the Dean's List numerous times, and was a member of the Marquette Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Attorney Baker is an active member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is proud to give back to the community by continuing to represent lower income individuals in need of counsel.
